WHAT WAS HIS FATHER DOING IN DARDANELLE
After the declaration of the Republic, a reception is held in
Istanbul. Ambassadors and attachés from all countries of the
world are also invited. The reception continues pleasantly, but
the gaze of the British attaché, Major, does not escape Mustafa
Kemal's notice.
He has been staring at him throughout the reception and
continues to do so. He sends his aide to find out what happened.
The aide tells Mustafa Kemal:
- Pasha; I asked him why he was acting so rudely, and he told me
that Mustafa Kemal killed my father in Dardanelle War.
Thereupon, Mustafa Kemal says:
- Go and ask him what his father was doing in Dardanelle.
