On the 105th anniversary of the opening of the TBMM(Turkish Grand National Assembly 23.04.1920), we remember with mercy, respect and gratitude the Commander-in-Chief of our War of Independence, the Founder of our Republic, the GREAT STATESMAN who devoted his life to the welfare and happiness of the nation, Ghazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, and his comrades-in-arms. ATATURK'S DREAM

The Governor of Ankara of those days, Galip Bey, tells his memory as follows:

After Mustafa Kemal came to Ankara, he had a strange dream, he told me the following day:

- My car stopped suddenly in a place I did not know: As if the enemy had attacked, we had defeated the enemy by fighting a battle in İnönü. Now, we were fighting in İnönü for the second time. When my car stopped in front of that place I did not know, you came across me and asked me:

- Pasha! What news from İnönü?

 And I answered you:

- The situation is critical!

 You asked again:

- I did not understand what is critical! I gave you the following answer:

- I will give you the answer in fifteen minutes!..

When Mustafa Kemal told me this dream, the enemy had not encroached on the Izmir area and had not started its known attacks. The İnönü location had no historical fame until that day.

Years passed. In İnönü, our forces under İsmet Bey's command forced the enemy to retreat and finally the İnönü War began. This second war, which we had waged against the superior strength of the enemy, was on one of the dangerous days when the result had not yet been obtained. Mustafa Kemal's car stopped in front of the National Assembly. I ran to him immediately; I asked with anxiety and panic:

- Pasha! What news from İnönü?

- The situation is critical!

 ⁃ What is critical? I don't understand.

-I'll give you the answer to that in fifteen minutes... he said and smiled:

⁃ You know... I had a dream after coming to Ankara, did he remember? The dream came true exactly like that! I know Ismet!.. You'll see, we'll hear the news of victory from him in fifteen minutes!.

Three or five minutes passed. The telegram deliveryman entered his room, out of breath, with a paper in his hand. It was the good news of victory. The dream thus came true.
